- Provide customer-friendly service
- Processing library materials obtained within fourteen (14) working days.
- Processing the latest serial issue material within five (5) working days.
- Handle data transfer of student membership registration within 15 days of student registration.
- Reshelving returned books for a period of one (1) working day.
- Implement the Information Literacy classes according to the scheduled.
- Provide loan services, return and renewal of collection within 3 minutes.
- Provide feedback on research reference inquiries within two (2) working days.
