Customer Charter

1. The process of student registration is completed on the same day of registration. 

2. The results of the final examination are processed within 14 working days after the semester ends .

3. Status of action taken on customer complaints will be notified to the complainant within 14 working days after receiving the complaint .

4. Implement 100 % supervision on all students who are undergoing industrial training at one particular semester .
