Academic Excellence:-

  • Ensure that the approval rate for each program are not less than 90 % for each semester.

 

  • Strive to ensure that at least 25 % of students who graduated achieved PNM 3.00 or more for each program for each semester.

 

 

Staff Excellence:-

  • Ensure all staff to attend courses / training for 10 days a year

 

 

Process Excellence:-

  • Ensure that all procedures are effectively implemented / achieved the performance indicators set .

The quality policy of Seberang Perai Polytechnic is to develop the potential of students of the Seberang Perai Polytechnic towards excellence in engineering, information technology and commerce through comprehensive improvements continuously. Seberang Perai Polytechnic is committed to ensuring that customer needs are met through the achievement of quality objectives that are reviewed periodically to ensure the effectiveness of the system. This policy is disseminated to be understood by all levels of staff.

 


In this regard, the management of education at Seberang Perai Polytechnic will be implemented by taking into account and ensuring all plans and actions taken:
