Politeknik Seberang Perai (PSP) is a Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) college that provides diploma courses in a variety of subjects. Various amenities have been provided to aid in the student learning process at PSP. PSP provides a residential facility called as the Student Residence College as one of its services. Politeknik Seberang Perai (PSP) offers a safe, serene, and comfortable living environment with appropriate basic facilities. OSH PSP holds the right to offer or withdraw this facility to any student in the benefit of the polytechnic. Students who appreciate the facilities and the cooperation between the management of the residential college and PSP, in addition to abiding by the rules that have been set in place, will always be taken into account for residing in a residential college, as will students who always provide services and uphold the name of PSP. There are 11 dormitory blocks at KKP, with 6 male and 5 female blocks. Male students will be housed in Gemilang Block, Bestari 2, Bestari 3, Bestari 4, Bestari 5, and Bestari 6 were set up. Meanwhile, female students will be housed in Madani Block, Bestari 1, Nurani 1, Nurani 2, and Nurani 3. Students in Semester 1 are required to live in dorms. PSP has a dormitory capacity of 2278 students, with around 1210 male students and 1068 female students. |

Hostel managers, hostel supervisors, administrative assistants, and operations assistants make up the administrative or management unit of the residential college, and they are in charge of managing, implementing, and monitoring the residential college's affairs to ensure that its goals and objectives are met to the best of their abilities. The management of residential colleges is based on a set of guidelines. |
