Academic Excellence:-

1. Ensure that the approval rate for each program are not less than 90 % for each semester .

2. Strive to ensure that at least 25 % of students who graduated achieve PNM 3:00 or more for each program for each semester .

Staff Excellence:-

1. Ensure all staff to attend courses / training for 10 days a year 

Process Excellence:-

1. Ensure that all procedures are effectively implemented / achived the performance indicators set .
