Library Client Charter

Library staffs pledge to deliver excellent service and execute the responsibilities entrusted in the following manner

 

  1. Provide customer-friendly service
  2. Processing library materials obtained within fourteen (14)  working days.
  3. Processing the latest serial issue material within five (5) working days.
  4. Handle data transfer of student membership registration within 15 days of student registration.
  5. Reshelving returned books for a period of one (1) working day.
  6. Implement the Information Literacy classes according to the scheduled.
  7. Provide loan services, return and renewal of collection within 3 minutes.
  8. Provide feedback on research reference inquiries within two (2) working days.
